According to the Articles of Association NLP’s Board of Directors shall consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 members. Currently, the Board consists of the following Directors.
PER KUMLE
Per Kumle (born 1959) is a managing director and a partner in Akershus Corporate Finance AS. Prior to this he was head of Handelsbanken Capital Markets in Norway. From 2002 to 2006 Kumle was responsible for the restructuring and merger of Storebrand’s banking systems – Finansbanken and Storebrand Bank. In that period, Kumle was also a member of Storebrand’s Executive Committee. From 1989 to 2002, Kumle was employed by Citigroup, where he headed up Citigroup in Norway from 1996 to 2002. From 1999 to 2002 he was also responsible for Citigroup’s shipping activities in Northern Europe, based in London. Prior to joining Citigroup, Kumle worked for Christiania Bank og Kreditkasse and Saga Petroleum. He holds an MSc degree from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH), having graduated in 1982. He lives in Asker.
Kumle is a member of the company’s compensation committee. He owns no shares, options or subscription rights in the company.
MERETE MYHRSTAD
Member of the Board of Directors since 2006. Merete Myhrstad (born 1966) is a partner in UNIConsult AS, a consulting company. She has extensive experience from the stock market and financial reporting, from earlier positions as Head of Section, Financial Reporting Supervision at the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Kredittilsynet) and various positions with Oslo Børs, including Head of Listings and Corporate Transactions. She is i.a. a member of the Board of Vertical Group ASA and until recently of Wavefield Inseis ASA. Ms. Myhrstad holds an MSc degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) (1992) and is a state authorised public accountant (MBA) from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (1994). She lives in Bærum.
Myhrstad owns 3,266 shares in the company and she chairs the company’s audit committee.
UNNI TENOLD

Member of the Board of Directors since September 2008. Unni Tenold (born 1959) is Executive Director Credit Risk Management in BN Bank ASA. From 2007 to 2010 Tenold held the position as Managing Director of T. Klaveness Eiendom AS and has previously held leading positions in the DnB NOR Group, Alpharma AS and AL Industrier AS, where her main focus has been on finance and real estate issues. Ms. Tenold holds an MSc degree in Business Administration from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (1984) and lives in Oslo.
She holds no shares, options or subscribtion rights in the company
PÅL HVAMMEN
Member of the Board of Directors since September 2008. Hvammen is a member of the company’s compensation committee. He is employed by Canica AS, a shareholder of NLP. Hvammen owns personally 5,389 shares in the company. Prior to this Hvammen worked on investments/M&As in the Hakon Group/ICA AB and business development in Storebrand ASA. Other positions include i.a. Chairman of the Board of Moestue
Grape Selections (a wine importer) and a member of the Board of the wholesale company F&H A/S. Hvammen holds an MSc from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) where he graduated in 1995. He lives in Bærum.
Pål Hvammen is employed by Canica AS, a shareholder of NLP. Hvammen owns 5,389 shares in the company.
DAVID MINDUS
Member of the Board of Directors since May 2009. David Mindus (1972) is Managing Director in AB Sagax, a Stockholm stock exchange listed company that invests in real estate mainly within storage and light industry. David Mindus has build Sagax from acquisition of the first real estate in 2000 to today’s business which has a real estate portfolio of 917.000 square metres divided on 113 properties. Prior to this he worked as an analyst for real estate and consulting companies, and was inter alia responsible for the business development in GE Capital Real Estate in Stockholm. He has an MSc degree in Economics from the University in Stockholm. He lives in Stockholm.
Mindus is a member of the company’s audit committee. He is a Managing Director in AB Sagax, shareholder in NLP. He holds no Mindus does not hold personally any shares, options or subscription rights in the company.
