 Per Gunnar Rymer (1969) was appointed CEO in August 2008 and assumed his position in mid- September. Rymer has a broad experience from the financial markets after serving 5 years as a financial analyst in brokerage houses and investment banks, inter alia Karl Johan Fonds (now DnB NOR) and Handelsbanken and 6 years as a share portfolio manager in Folketrygdfondet. He has also served as EVP Investments in Berner Gruppen and worked as a lawyer with the law firm Kvale & Co, focusing on M&A. Rymer graduated in law from the University of Oslo and has an MSc degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). He resides in Oslo.

Director of Finance
 Anelia Buitelaar (1969) assumed the position as Finance Director in February 2009 after having held the position as Group Financial Controller in the company since April 2008. Prior to joining NLP, Buitelaar was a CFO at Owera - a software development company. Buitelaar has broad experience from corporate transactions and financial reporting after serving 5 years as Corporate Finance & Tax Manager at Findexa (now Eniro Norge) listed on the OSE until acquired by Eniro AB in 2005. She has also served as Business Controller International Operations in Telenor Media (later Findexa) and worked as auditor with the audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Buitelaar holds an MSc degree in Business Administration from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (1996) and lives in Oslo.
