NLP owns high quality properties in prime locations and with investment grade tenants.
According to the location ranking of logistics distribution made by Intelligent Logistic more than half of NLP’s properties are situated within the top 10 areas in Sweden.
The recognised strategic locations of the properties in NLP’s portfolio attract strong distributors or retailers as tenants. This also implies good occupancy and long contracts.
Currently NLP owns 18 properties in Sweden and 1 property in Denmark. The locations are predominantly at major logistics corridors through Nordic region. The total lettable space is 704,000 square meters.
